1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product is defective or incorrect
Product must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- With original tags and packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items showing signs of use
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
3. Return Process
- Email help@bholafactory.com within 7 days
- Share order ID and supporting images/videos
- After approval, return instructions will be shared
4. Refunds
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Refunds credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless fault is ours
5. GST Refund Clause
GST refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per Indian tax regulations.
GST once deposited may not be refundable in certain cases.
